Pence, wife test negative for Covid-19

Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence have tested negative for COVID-19. Earlier this week, a staff member of the U.S President’s office tested positive for CORONAVIRUS. Pence announced on Saturday that he would be taking the test with his wife as a precautionary measure.

CORONAVIRUS: A Member of U.S Vice President’s office tests positive.

A member of Vice President Mike Pence’s office has tested positive for coronavirus, a spokesperson for Pence announced Friday evening.

“This evening we were notified that a member of the Office of the Vice President tested positive for the coronavirus,” Katie Miller, Pence’s press secretary, said in a statement. “Neither President Trump nor Vice President Pence had close contact with the individual. Further contact tracing is being conducted in accordance with CDC guidelines.”

Gov. Ikpeazu returns to Nigeria.

Following the recent news reports on social media, I reached out to the Abia state government. I can authoritatively inform you that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has returned to Nigeria from the United States and is currently in Lagos. He will arrive Umuahia, the Abia state Capital tomorrow. While the Governor was away on his foreign trip to the United States, the Nigerian government imposed a ban restricting travel to and from 13 countries including the United States.

Ben Murray- Bruce loses wife to Cancer

Former Senator representing Bayelsa East constituency, Ben Murray- Bruce has announced the death of his wife, Evelyn. He disclosed that he lost his late wife to Cancer. Taking yo social media he wrote:

‪I’m broken. Just lost my beautiful wife to cancer. She was my best friend for 43 years and my wife for 41 years. Cancer is real, but it shouldn’t be a death sentence – awareness, and early detection and treatment are key to survival. I miss her so so much. I’m broken.‬
